Almond-Kaju Ladoo

Stun your unexpected guests by preparing this delicious ladoo under 15 mins of time.

Planning & Pre-Preparation: 10 mins

Cooking time: 15-20 mins.


  • In a pan, dry roast Almonds/Badam for a minute on a low flame.
  • Add Cashew/Kaju and keep roasting it for another 2 mins. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
  • Once cooled, add them to a mixer grinder and grind them to a fine powder.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • In a Kadai, add Coconuts and roast for 2 mins on a low flame.
  • After 2 mins, switch off the flame & let it cool down.
  • Once cooled, transfer it to the mixer grinder. Add Jaggery & Cardamom/Elachi powder to the mixer grinder and grind it to a fine powder.
  • Transfer the contents to the same mixing bowl.
  • Add ghee to a Kadai, once the ghee gets melted add raisins & fry it for a while.
  • Add the ghee & fried raisins to the mixing bowl & mix together all the ingredients.
  • Mix it quickly & start preparing ladoo.
  • Yummy Almond-Kaju Ladoo is ready!!!
